Welcome to Laneside Caravan Park
We are a renowned quiet campsite and will not tolerate any noise after 10.30 pm. Anyone found to be creating noise after this time will be asked to leave without a refund.
We do not take more than 2 units per booking and groups larger than 2 units are not allowed. If you are found to be in an ‘undeclared group’ and we feel you may create noise disturbance, you will be asked to leave with out a refund.

A beautiful riverside Holiday Park for Caravans, Motorhomes and Tents. Just a 5-minute walk from the picturesque village of Hope in the Hope Valley, the heart of Derbyshire’s Peak District. Laneside is a sheltered site with mature trees, hedges and shrubs. Post and rail fences along with hedges separate the main pitching areas which helps Laneside to blend into its beautiful countryside surroundings. We welcome families and quiet couples and do not accept groups or unaccompanied teenagers to ensure your stay with us shall be a peaceful one.
Booking Arrangements
The park is open from Mid-March to early January. Bookings can be made online or by contacting the Park direct. Advance bookings only. At time of booking full contact details for each pitch are required and a £25.00 deposit, with the balance due 7 days before your arrival. Please note the earliest arrival is 12:30pm. We do not offer pitch selection and we have a maximum group size of 2 units. If you have notes about your booking that you think we should know, please put them in the booking comments. You are not able to book two pitches in the same name for the same date, each pitch must be booked in the unit occupant’s name.
Touring & Tents
Touring caravans, camper vans, motorhomes and tents are welcome at Laneside Caravan Park, unfortunately we cannot accept RVs or Fifth Wheel units. We have Fully Serviced, Hardstanding, Grass with Electric and Non-electric Grass Pitches. The Fully Serviced and Hardstanding Pitches are all weather pitches allowing camping for 10 months a year with some in stunning riverside locations. We also have a separate adult only area and 21 non-electric tent pitches located at the western end of the site nearest to the river.
Drive-away Awnings
Please be aware that due to the layout of our fully serviced pitches drive-away awnings are not suitable. If you are considering using a drive-away awning please indicate the correct size in the booking notes and a suitable pitch will be allocated to you if available.
Park Facilities
We take great pride in our high level of house and grounds keeping here at Laneside Caravan Park. Our toilet and shower facilities come highly recommended by our customers. We have large centrally heated shower blocks with FREE HOT POWER SHOWERS plus huge family-cum-disabled showers. Bright modern ambience, spacious individual changing with hair dryers and mirrors.
Our Laundry/Information room has two stack washer and dryers, baby changing area, second hand charity book stall and local information leaflets. Just across from our amenity block is a sheltered sink area with 8 sinks for washing your pots. We also have some lower sinks for the children or wheelchair use. We also have a well stocked site shop with camping supplies
High standards of security with code operated security barriers, CCTV coverage and security lighting. Please note that the security barriers are disabled from midnight to 6:30am.

Gazebo
Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a Gazebo. Please note: the gazebo must not encroach onto adjacent pitches, and we cannot accommodate gazebos larger than 2 metres x 2 metres.
